Course Description

Uwezo College is delighted to introduce Craft Certificate Module 1 in Sales and Marketing, a one-year program that provides students with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in the dynamic field of sales and marketing. This course, examinable by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), equips students with a solid understanding of the principles and practices of effective sales and marketing. To enroll in Craft Certificate Module 1 in Sales and Marketing, students are required to have a minimum of KCSE Grade D plain or D plus. These prerequisites ensure that students possess the educational foundation necessary to excel in this foundational sales and marketing program.

  • Principles of Selling: An introduction to core selling principles, including understanding customer needs and effective sales techniques.
