Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD) – Levels I, II & III
Offered at Uwezo College in Accordance with the KASNEB Syllabus
The Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD) is a professional qualification examined by KASNEB and designed to develop competent middle-level accounting and finance professionals. The program equips learners with technical accounting skills, financial reporting competence, taxation knowledge, auditing principles, public sector accounting, and business management skills as prescribed in the official KASNEB ATD syllabus.
At Uwezo College, we offer the complete ATD program comprising ATD Level I, Level II, and Level III, fully aligned with KASNEB regulations, examination requirements, and curriculum structure.
Entry Requirements (As Prescribed by KASNEB)
A learner is eligible to register for the ATD qualification if they meet any one of the following KASNEB requirements:
- KCSE mean grade C- (minus) and above, or
- CAMS (Level 1 & 2) qualification, or
- Any other qualification recognized by KASNEB as equivalent.
Progression between ATD levels is sequential, meaning a learner must pass the preceding level before proceeding to the next.

All learners undertaking the ATD program must register with KASNEB.
The official KASNEB registration fee is Ksh 6,050 (payable once at initial registration).

Structure of the ATD Program (As per KASNEB Syllabus)
The ATD qualification consists of three progressive levels, each developing specific technical competencies required of an accounting technician.
ATD Level I
