a) The College will not issue a certificate upon completion of the course;
b) The only official document to be issued shall be an academic transcript or completion record;
c) The student has been duly advised on the advantages of enrolling in externally examined and certified programmes but has voluntarily opted for the short course; and
d) The student accepts full responsibility for this choice and its implications on professional recognition and progression.
